How would your colleagues describe you?
We are truly multicultural. We come from all over the world, from Brazil, Somalia, Spain, Canada and Ukraine to Vietnam, the U.S.A., France, Peru and the Netherlands of course. Together we speak 25+ languages and come from 25+ different countries. You will mainly hear English (as it is the official company language) but also, Spanish, Italian, French or Dutch, among others. We are solution-driven, accountable, creative, and fun. We absolutely love our French Fries Friday tradition.

How do you deal with stress at work?
Like any organization that sets the bar high, we move at a fast pace. While moving fast we make sure everyone maintains a healthy work/life balance. We believe in these three pillars: personal life, health, and professional growth. A healthy balance between these three pillars allows us to get the best out of ourselves.
Do you work best within a team or independently?
Putting the team before you is one of our core values. We all enjoy the cool, laid-back, yet professional atmosphere in the office. We get along great and work well together with the ultimate common goal of taking our company to the next level. Each department works as a team, but we also set up agile teams across departments to handle many projects. Teamwork is essential, yet we truly understand the need for each individual to grow and develop within each team and the company. That's why we have an extensive onboarding program, a personal growth plan, and our "be all you can be program".

What do you expect to gain from this opportunity?
We posted a job ad, we definitely need someone’s help. We continuously grow and we need new talent to elevate our organization to the next level. New talents bring a fresh perspective on how we can improve and operate differently. We hope that by reading this interview and browsing through our website, you have the feeling: "I want to be part of this!!"
What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
Our biggest strength is our people and the magic they create working together every day. Coming from different paths of life, from all over the world, we have a very powerful dynamic. We believe that the sum of everyone's personal growth is the engine of our company's overall growth. That's why we put so much effort into personal well-being and professional development. Moving as fast as we do also brings challenges: how do we keep our DNA and culture intact while our numbers grow? It is increasingly important to keep communication between all of us flowing to be able to reach our collective goals.

How do you show your commitment to growth and improvement?
You are asking some big questions here! We went through the process of getting ISO 9001 certified in 2013 and are now ISO 14001 certified as well. We work hard to maintain that requirement level, and we are always looking for ways to improve our processes. Ideas for improvements are always appreciated and taken seriously in our organization. We believe in the fail-forward principle: if you make a ''mistake'', you own up to it, learn from it, and educate others so we can all improve.
What is a typical work day in your life?
We typically start at 9AM but some of us arrive earlier to make some calls to the far east or to do a pre-work morning workout. Mornings usually start with team scrums to discuss progress and set new goals. Lunch is available from 12PM, where you can help yourself to a sandwich or "configure" your salad. It's a great time to catch up with colleagues from different departments. Afternoons go by very quickly as the sales team is focused on closing deals, and the merge center is buzzing around testing machines and getting orders out of the doors. By this time Asia is closed and we move our focus to the USA and South America. You won't find many people in the office after 6PM. If there are, they're usually finishing calls or working out to get ripped, training with the fitness trainer in the company gym. Many of us hang out together after work in various settings. Just because we like it.

Why should I work for you?
